Keyey · account deletion
Delete your Keyey account
You can delete your Keyey account, and everything stored with it on Keyey’s servers, at any time: in the app, or by email if you no longer have it.
Have Keyey Pro? Cancel it in Google Play first. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription, and Google keeps renewing it until you do. Open your Google Play subscriptions, choose Keyey, then Cancel subscription.
In the Keyey app (quickest)
- Open Keyey on your Android phone.
- Go to More›Account.
- Tap Delete my account and data, then Delete everything.
It happens straight away, and Keyey tells you when it’s done.
Without the app: ask us
Write from the email address on your Keyey account (the Google or Apple account you signed in with), so we know the request is yours. This form writes the email for you.
What’s deleted
- Your Keyey account and sign-in
- Your devices and their sign-in sessions
- Your plan record
- Your cloud clipboard, its images included
- Your synced settings, My words, profiles and modes
- Your cloud backups
- Anything else stored with your account on Keyey’s servers
What isn’t
- A Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play (above).
- Purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting law.
- What’s on your devices: the keyboard’s learning, your local clipboard history and the speech model stay until you uninstall Keyey.
Synced data was end-to-end encrypted, so we never could read it; deleting it removes even that.
Keyey (the keyboard for Android, app.keyey.keyboard, and Keyey for Mac) is provided by Coded Realities LLC. Questions about your data: privacy@keyey.app. See the privacy policy.
