Billing questions
How do I buy Keyey Pro?
In the Keyey app on your Android phone: More›Keyey Pro›Start Pro. Google Play takes the payment and shows the price in your currency, with any tax, before you confirm.
How does the free limit work?
Free includes 2,000 free words of dictation a week, shared by your phone and Mac: talk on either and it comes out of the same 2,000. It’s a rolling week, so words come back a little at a time, and Keyey shows how many you have left. A dictation you’ve started always finishes, and typing, glide, Fix grammar and your clipboard keep working. Keyey Pro is unlimited on both.
Does one subscription cover my Mac?
Yes. Pro belongs to your Keyey account, so it’s on in Keyey for Mac as soon as you sign in there with the same account.
Can I buy Pro without an Android phone?
Not yet. For now Keyey Pro is sold only through Google Play.
How do I cancel?
In Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Keyey, or from More›Keyey Pro›Manage subscription in the app. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you’re back on the free plan. Open your Google Play subscriptions.
What about refunds?
Purchases through Google Play follow Google Play’s refund policies; you can ask Google, and you can always write to us. Nothing here limits refunds the law gives you.
I bought Pro on another phone. How do I get it back?
Sign in with the same Google account, then More›Keyey Pro›Restore purchases.
Does deleting my account cancel Pro?
No. Google Play keeps renewing it until you cancel there, so cancel first, then delete your account.
Try it on your phone
Keyey is free to start, on Android 12 or later. Add your Mac whenever you like.
